Susan Hudson

I have lived and taught in B.C, Taiwan, and Quebec. I moved to Gabriola Island in 2018. I have been creating with fibre since I was a young child. Amazing mentors and studies in different fibre techniques have developed my knowledge in spinning, dyeing, knitting and felting. Colour and texture feature in all of my work. Each piece is unique. I have recently been exploring the use of up-cycled materials. My creations are at the Pier Gallery and Nova Handmade, and also may be viewed on the Gabriola Arts Council website. I have participated in shows at the Rollo Centre, the Centre Gallery, the Gabriola Arts and Heritage Centre.
